I don't know if this is a true conversation, but I have just found a new appreciation for the work of a Twighliter...err...call center agent. Besides working on schedules that's not the norm, they receive calls that are beyond the norm like this one...



I would have banged the phone on this guy! Ek! Ek! mo! LOL!
